A Heartfelt Thank You to Abbott Volunteers for Transforming Kingsbury CILA's Yard!

At Glenkirk, we are continually reminded of the power of community and the incredible impact of volunteerism. This past Thursday, we had the privilege of welcoming a dedicated team of 14 volunteers from Abbott who generously took time out of their busy schedules to assist us with some much-needed yard work at our Kingsbury CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement).

We cannot express enough how grateful we are for their hard work and enthusiasm. The volunteers tackled a variety of landscaping tasks, breathing new life into the outdoor space. From weeding and planting to trimming and mulching, they left no stone unturned in their quest to beautify the yard. Their efforts have made a significant difference, creating a more inviting and serene environment for the individuals living in the home.

The transformation was nothing short of remarkable, and we are excited to share the results with you.

The dedication and generosity displayed by the Abbott volunteers are truly inspiring. They have not only enhanced the physical surroundings but also uplifted the spirits of everyone at Kingsbury CILA. We know that the residents will enjoy and appreciate the beautifully revamped yard for a long time to come.

Thank you, Abbott volunteers, for your hard work, kindness, and commitment to making a difference in our community. Your contribution is deeply valued, and we look forward to sharing more volunteer success stories with our supporters.
